Java Jazz opens with style, surprises

Jason Mraz who is actually one of my performed with Indonesia's Dira at the opening day of the Java Jazz. Jason Mraz was Grammy Award nominee who stayed in Java for three days.  He performed his performance at Jakarta Convention Center.

Jason Mraz began the performance by singing Indonesia Raya with 2005 Indonesia Idol winner Mike Mohede. In the middle of his singing he said , " Apa kabar Jakarta?"

Java Jazz has been the largest jazz festivel worldwide. Java jazz for the first time handing over Rp.300 million through the Trade Ministry and Rp.350 million through the CUlture and Tourism Ministry.

This is a very good occasion for Indonesia to move toward in jazz music. This festival tells us that Indonesia also can become the same with another country, and become a music country.
